Last Chance To Be Served By Jonathan Tolins' New Memory, Oct. 25 in Pasadena
PASADENA, CA -- The world premiere of Jonathan Tolins' If Memory Serves will end its scheduled run at the Pasadena Playhouse Oct. 25. Previews began Sept. 20.
If Memory Serves deals with repressed memories and celebrity scandal. "In the 1970s, Diane Barrow had her own TV series and was revered as America's sweetheart, everybody's spunky mom. But that was 20 years ago. Now Diane's acting career is in a definite slump and her son, Russell, has remembered some rather nasty things from his childhood. Or has he? This comedy explores memory, mothers and our maddening culture of complaint," said a company spokesperson.
Tues.-Fri. at 8 PM; Sat. at 5 & 9 PM; Sun. at 2 PM. Tickets are $13.50-$42.50. The Playhouse is at 39 S. El Molino Ave. Call Tele-Charge (800) 233-3123. Visit them on-line at www.pasadenaplayhouse.com. |
