| (abc.go.com) Cristina is loving life doing the doctor thing in snowy Minnesota. Okay, that's not true at all. She's having trouble dealing with endless chitchat from Dr. Thomas (guest star William Daniels), who happens to be her inquisitor from the boards. The laid back, jovial head of cardio, Dr. Parker (guest star Steven Culp), is also someone she clashes with personality-wise. He orders her to take some time off and maybe visit the Mall of America. We hear they have an aquarium there and also Sbarro. |
| (entertainment.gather.com, by Meredith Jacobs) Speaking of Cristina, she goes outside to talk to Dr. Parker but ends up having to rearrange her schedule at Dr. Thomas' request so she can watch his and he can join hers. Cristina enters Dr. Parker's OR with a question, and he stops the procedure. They don't multitask there. She wants to do her surgery without Thomas, but Parker says she's up to the task. When Cristina asks Parker if Thomas could be steered someone else's way, he tells her Thomas is helping her out. She's not thriving. They work as a team there, and Parker orders her to take a few days to relax. |

FEENY!!!!! who are having a conversation outside in snowy Minnesota as Cristina goes outside to get Parker's advice on something. Cristina is told she's no superstar, the hospital and patients are superstars. No egos are allowed, so go get some r&r because it's mandatory. |

She's also dealing with a chipper Dr. Parker (played by Desperate Housewives' Steven Culp) and old fashioned Dr. Thomas (returning William Daniels, who was her exam proctor). She hasn't visited Seattle, due to her inability to get on a plane. She's bored senseless by the old-fashioned methods and go-team attitude of the hospital, to the point where she snaps at Dr. Thomas for trying to take over her surgery. Dr. Parker orders her to take some R&R, explaining that there are no superstars there; the patients and hospital are the superstars. So, I don't see Cristina lasting there much longer, do you? |
